1. Instructions. Is the worker told where, when, and how to work?
2. Training. Does the organization train the worker or require him/her to attend meetings?
3. Integration. Are the worker's services integrated into the organization's operations, implying that the organization controls his/her actions?
4. Services rendered personally. Is the worker required to render his/her services personally?
5. Hiring, supervising and paying assistants. Is the worker expected to hire, supervise and pay other assistants to perform the job?
6. Continuing relationship. Does the worker have a continuing relationship with the organization?
7. Set hours of work. Does the organization set the hours that the worker must work?
8. Full time required. Does the worker devote substantially full-time to the organizations work or does he/she have time for other gainful work?
