Sandra Pfau Englund is committed to providing high quality, affordable legal services to her clients. Clients are encouraged to negotiate appropriate fee arrangements for their circumstances. Common fee arrangements include hourly rates, hourly rates with project caps, set fees and annual retainers.
Hourly rate: $250
Retainer Fees: 30 hour minimum -- $7,200 (additional hours @ $240/hr)
Set Fees
Set fee arrangements are available for routine transactions, such as incorporation and application for tax-exempt status. Most arrangements include unlimited free telephone consultations for a year. Representative fees include:
Nonprofit incorporation & tax-exemption application: $2,750
(includes Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, IRS 1023 application, follow-up questions from the IRS through an initial IRS determination, initial board agenda and minutes, plus unlimited free telephone consultations for the first year of operation)
PTO incorporation and tax-exemption: $1,750
