Indemnification statutes
Permit nonprofit organizations to indemnify their volunteers, officers, directors and employees for acts, omissions, & errors that occur while performing duties within the scope of their positions
Generally do not allow indemnification for acts or omissions involving gross negligence, willful misconduct and the like
